This is a continuation of the show and article on ‘Are Your Words Empowering or Disempowering?’ We’re talking about noticing what you think and how you express those thoughts, that is how you speak, as much as possible without necessarily monitoring yourself. It is as much the words we use in conversations or casual comments as it is telling our story that frames up the beliefs we have about life. And it is those thought producing beliefs that are sending our the frequencies to the attract in our circumstances.
Getting in the habit of conscious languaging will change your feelings, thoughts, and experiences before you even have time to realize the change is taking place. And the mere act of deliberately choosing the words you use creates the change without further effort on your part.
And this aware way of talking can become a habit like everything else. By implanting in your subconscious mind, your habitual mind, the supporting words so the habit takes effect immediately, accompanied by the belief, “I always use words that bring to me what the I want.” It saves the repetition of affirmations which with new technology are unnecessary.
To speed the process along you can delete as many hindering words as you can first. Removing negatively programmed or resistant beliefs and triggers before you implant new positive ones makes the habit effective instantly. Examples of what to delete would be, “I always run myself down. It’s ok,” or “I’ll never be able to change the way I talk.”
You can use repetition to anchor in a new pattern and make inroads slowly to re-program your subconscious mind as it hardwires in a new neuro-net of positive conscious languaging.
When you’re joking with others or yourself, somehow the mind knows it but the delivery to the brain may still imprint you and make the tracing deeper thus making the program and the belief behind the program more apt to trigger automatically.
If you keep saying…moron… idiot…or stupid to yourself…two things result from this degrading self talk.
One is that that you are talking yourself into believing even more strongly than you obviously do that you are a moron, idiot, or stupid.
[On some level of consciousness you believe it or it wouldn’t be coming out of your mouth all the time. You might believe it a little and every time you say it you affirm to yourself, see I knew I was a moron.]
Your body mind system believes everything you say and think. That is a key piece of information if you are to take control of your mind and thus take control of your life.
Another repercussion of monitoring your self talk is the benefit of realizing the difference between conscious languaging and unconscious languaging which is saying whatever comes to mind without editing, analyzing or considering whether it is helping or hindering you or your audience.
Once you realize you are in the habit of constantly running yourself down, undermining yourself, or discouraging yourself, you can learn to break this bad habit.
But in the meantime, until you have removed a program and other associated programs from your mind, your words reveal what you still really believe about yourself, about others, and about life. And that provides you with your Aha moments.
I am always saying to my clients “Did you hear what you just said?” And then if they don’t get the hit, repeating what they said and explaining the ramifications emotionally, psychologically and behaviorally to them of what they said.
If you let it, your mind will deliver up to you exactly why your life is like it is and how you got there.
Their personal light bulb never fails to come on. Sometimes that’s all it takes to pop a repetitive pattern or an ongoing situation. Sometimes we need to delete the underlying beliefs and restructure new ones in. But it’s always a helpful realization that can change their lives.
What comes out of your mouth unintentionally cues you in to unresolved feelings, fears, core issues, blocks, and labels assigned to you in childhood.
Remember the saying from scripture…it is not what goes into the mouth of man that defiles him, it is what comes out of the mouth of man that reveals his heart and his personal code [which reflects his defilement.]
All these words and thoughts and beliefs are your underlying hidden depository of subconscious mind content.
Revisiting your history is keeping you living in the past instead of in the moment which really waste the precious moments of joy you could be experiencing if your attention was on creating happiness instead of remembering unhappiness.
We’re trying to be more conscious, more intentional and stay in the moment because in reality, that’s all there is. Be here now….
So here’s the gift…cause there’s always a gift. There’s always a purpose in every thing you create even if you can’t see it in the moment. and remember you are creating it all. there’s no one else creating your reality.
you may be creating automatically out of unconscious programs but some level of your mind is creating and attracting everything you experience.
While you are unconsciously rattling on to a friend or family member, if you stop and listen to yourself you will hear how you have lack consciousness instead of prosperity consciousness, how you don’t trust the future to be better, how you except the worst, and how you are ready to give up.
In other words, your use of words, the language you choose …provides you with everything you need to start doing your personal work and making improvements in your life.
Underlying every salient word is a frame full of beliefs expressed in your words about everything.
if our job is to align our thoughts with our source selves, with the life we desire, and we keep speaking in negative terms, we are making it impossible to send out the vibrations that that will get us into the flow our higher self or draw to us the life of our dreams.
If you want to know what your thinking patterns are, listen to yourself when you’re not paying attention to what you are saying.
And considering we are unconscious most of the time and running on habitual programs out of the subconscious mind, we don’t realize exactly what we’re saying about 80% of the time. We not only aren’t aware of what we say, we deny we said it. As to being conscious of the ramifications and meanings under what we say, we’re so busy and distracted running laundry lists of things we should be doing, or should have done, we don’t even go that deep. Now that’s pretty unconscious folks.
Whether it’s the words contained in your beliefs, the words used in your self talk, the words that compose your thoughts, or the words of your dreams, words are either raising your energy level or lowering it. They are depressing you or making you optimistic. They are always attracting real time events to you through the law of attraction.
