A few months ago I invited 12 sexy, sassy and confident women over 50 who are passionate about their life to participate in a unique calendar that will highlight their passion and at the same time inspire and empower other women to follow their dreams. The response to participate in the project was overwhelming!

This dynamic group of women has come together to show others that life does not stop once you turn 50! And when you have been blessed with opportunities that have helped you create your success, it's only natural that you give back. Pay it forward. Perhaps these women live the life you've dreamed, no matter what age you may be!  You may even find pieces of yourself within each of them.

The proceeds from the sale of the calendars will benefit homeless women and children via  Passions & Dreams Funding, a non profit foundation that has provided services to the community since 1998. 

 Last Sunday 60 Minutes reported that over 16 million children are homeless. If you think about it, at least one parent is with them and even possibly pets. These numbers astonish me and unfortunately it keeps growing.  Now, more than ever, it is important to step up and extend a hand to these families.  A percentage of the proceeds from the calendar, together with other programs, will make it possible for us to get families out of the car and the cold by securing temporary or permanent housing for them over the holidays.

Give hope to others and together we will get these children and their families out of their cars and into hotels, homes or other warm places to live, even if it's just for the holidays.
