What is Spirit? That essence of mortal consciousness, made of pure light. That spark of humanity which finds its home in the stars. Our identity which spans eons. And the true scepter of power in man’s existence. It is you. It is me. It is everywhere. And though we may not see Spirit with our eyes, it exists as an infinite part of our existence.
Each of us is a being of love evolving on an eternal path. We are here to further that growth, to learn and progress toward greater enlightenment and perfection. Toward greater light and love. Our potential is infinite and our capabilities, divine.
As we strive through this mortal sojourn, our spirit longs for experiences which will foster higher wisdom, greater love, and deeper understandings. What does this feel like? Expansive, like an endless well. It feels like empathy for our fellowman, and infinite hope for his welfare. It feels clear and bright and almost weightless. This powerful place of alignment strengthens everything we do for good while in this body and our light grows with immense brilliance...
Transcend your current state of limitations and join me in traveling to a place beyond the bounds of Earth and space, where spirits are born and nurtured in arms of Everlasting love and ultimate cherishing. Where beings of light evolve to heights unimaginable. It is in this home we found our eternal destiny, you and I. In this home, we peered into the infinite for opportunities of growth and spiritual refinement. We became mighty beings of courage to fight battles of the soul, strength to overcome struggles, and light to pierce mortality’s dark moments. And we promised to make our way back one day when our work and growth were accomplished.
We became this, you and I. And we still are this, you and I.  
And so pass we from Heaven to Earth in a venture most wise and courageous. Would we remember who we are? Where we came from? And the grand task we had been given to fulfill? There would be times we would forget. Perhaps then we would look to Spirit and remember. Remember our brothers and sisters who walk the same path – one of peril, challenge, and ultimate transcendence. And perhaps in all this we would remember the grand, divine beings we are and our limitless potential as seen in Heaven’s eyes. Through this vision of ourselves we would sense the divine spark within us, giving of its light to any and all on our journey. For in Eternity’s eyes all are equal, and in Heaven’s vision all are cherished. And when one is brought to the light, all benefit. And so it is that we are all connected. And when we come to understand our true nature, it is not so much a “discovering” as it is a “remembering.” So we are eternal, magnificent, and made of light.
This is the spirit within.
