This is a Spiritual article about a very practical thing… To put it succinctly, I will be discussing the uncelebrated value of business people having a “Spiritual Mind.” Everyone wants to know the answer to the question, "What is my Life Purpose?" I would bet that no matter who you are -- or what you do in your life or business – it is likely that you have asked yourself such a question, at least once, if not numerous times. You and I and everyone have asked our self this question, for it always comes up. And, you have probably gotten plenty of input from parents, teachers, advisors and friends about what you might do with your life, career or business – but, the question should not be what you should do, a better question, which I am asking today is “why” you are doing it: “What is the REASON, what is the PASSION, what is the GENUINE LOVE, or what is the COMPLETELY INSPIRING MEANING behind what you are doing in your life?”

Of course, those that advise you have caring intentions, but I must ask you, how often have you allowed yourself to be led into something you knew wasn't right for you? How often have you went down a path that you were not “touched” by in any real way; that you did not genuinely relate to or sincerely care about? And, this question applies to your Business, your Career, your goals, your aspirations, your lifestyle, even the several-stepped plans that may be already underway – as well as the spiritual life that you live. Stop… Right now. Think about it. Feel into it. Get in touch with what is going on with you regarding this, and look at it as if your life depended on it, because it does!

To continue… How many times have you listened to someone else's idea of the kind of life you should lead or the business you should build, and find yourself buying into their dream or their vision instead of your own? Although, it can seem very logical to become a lawyer because your father and grandfather were lawyers, or to join a business or take over one that your family has been successful in for many years – IT IS IMPORTANT TO RECOGNIZE THAT YOU ARE NOT THEM… You are you!! And, your dreams are to be your dreams, giving your life its own personal and authentic meaning, which only comes about when you are in alignment with your Soul Purpose?

Now, I want to pause here for a moment… I wish to clarify something, because I just replaced the phrase Life Purpose with “Soul Purpose”, and you probably noticed that… And, even if you didn’t, let me explain to you what I am presenting here: To have a “Spiritual Mind” as an Entrepreneur, or CEO or Business Professional means that you will not only know your own Life Purpose, but you will also know that you are a “Soul” whose “business” must be about giving the BEST of who you are to the world! For as a “Soul” you are on a two-pronged exciting and purposeful journey, you are evolving your self and becoming a better person, while you are also evolving and improving the world. Doing this will give you a very fulfilling life and business, and many incredible rewards!

When you are in alignment with your purpose, you will feel:

• Energized, “turned on” and "in the flow"

• At peace in life, with a powerful sense of “clarity”

• Creative, Inventive, Intuitive and just plain brilliant

• Confident, competent, empowered and masterful

• Aligned with yourself -- and strongly connected to Spirit

 When you live your Soul Purpose, you business or career will:

• Be a true joy to go to every day and build!

• Bring out your “genius”, and allow you to really shine!

• Serve the business world, and the planet with infectious passion!

• Inspire loyalty and “dedication” because your team will feel your power!

• Become an example of new ways of doing things, and a celebration of innovation!

Once you have gotten in touch with your Soul Purpose, (Did I mention that I help people with that?) and have made the decision to go for it, you will find that new paths open up to you. The Universe will start working with you, and the Law of Attraction will come online in a big way! You will feel energized and passionate about your new life, and that energy will spill over into all areas of your world: business, finances, relationships, health, family-life, play and, most importantly, you will continue to grow your Spiritual Mind. It doesn't matter how old you are, what your current financial status is, or where you are in your career. If you truly want to fulfill your Soul’s Purpose in this lifetime, it will begin to happen the moment that you put your attention on it… Do it now!
