How much of our lives are spent finding the perfect hairstyles or figuring out how to apply makeup? If you are like me, finding the perfect hairstyle and the best makeup is a constant and sometimes elusive search. However, the secret is that one of the most important beauty tips we can apply for ourselves is to make sure that our hair styles and makeup match the essence of our authentic self. In other words, the best beauty tip of all is to know that our inner essence should be reflected in our outer image.
Natural beauty is your essence. Essence is defined to be the basic nature of something. It is that special personal core spark that makes you who you are. If your hair color is not in your essence, you will appear older, harsh and less powerful than you actually are, and your overall appearance will seem less expensive.
It’s the same with makeup. You’ll be choosing makeup based on your own personal energetic radiances. All of your make-up, including nail polish, foundation, eye shadow, blush and lipstick - should be within the same energetic or field of harmony as you.
