THE 2012 REVIEW - PART 3

This Show is focused on what you can do to release, resolve and let go of old emotional baggage.  

We focus on the impact of carrying around old anger, sadness, fear, guilt and anxiety.  We also discuss the consequences and impact of living life through the lens and perspective of limiting beliefs such as 'I'm not good enough' 'not worthy enough' 'not capable enough.'

Running as a series as we get into the New Year, the first show was about looking back over this year and reflecting on what has come to pass.  The second show discussed the practical blocks and barriers to moving forwards such as time, money, overwhelm, lethargy and procrastination.  We also looked at the importance of focusing on emotional blocks and the limiting beliefs or thought patterns that potentially act as an unseen yet hugely powerful force in holding you back. This WIN Show recording is about you can do to clear out  those old emotional blocks and barriers.  

I also share with you the startling psychometric profile that I came across just before I recorded this show.  It described someone that I didn't recognise and I could barely believe that at the time it was written, after a full day of completing personality profiles and psychometric questionnaires, that is was actually a true and accurate reflection back then.  I am now the complete opposite of the profile that I share with you on this show recording, and all of that was due to letting go of the emotions, beliefs and issues that we discuss on during this show.
