There are three important habits that successful people use intuitively, or develop with maturity.  These habits use a core value of confidence and self-esteem to share inner beliefs with outer successes.

The three are:

1.  Written goals, with large over-arcing goal and small daily monthly, quarterly and yearly steps along the way. You will find more information  on goal setting at http://www.empowermentwithjudy.com

2. Visualizing success.  Seeing in your mind's eye how it will feel, smell, taste and be when you reach your small goal on your way to your ultimate goal.

3.  Develop Strengths and Manage Weakness  Concentrate on the things you do well and find ways to accomplish those things which do not come naturally to you.

None of these are easy, but very doable.  I have confidence in your ability to accomplish those things which will bring you satisfaction and happiness.
