We all thrive to have a toned tush don't we? Here are somemore things that tou can do all day long!!!

 Mini Workouts 

Try to make the most of mini breaks throughout my day. Keep a set of ankle weights in the desk drawer and perform standing leg lifts or leg extensions during phone calls. Do your calf raises while waiting in a line at the bank and other places. When you are walking your dog then you can lunge as your stops dog sniffs very now and then. Tone your tush while walking. When one leg extends behind you, keep your heel on the ground as long as possible. When you do lift your heel, roll through the foot and then push off with your toes this way your glutes contract with every step.All these quickies add up to a better booty.

 

Here are couple of more exercise that you can try as you get stronger.

 

 

Single-Leg Squat with Towel

  • Stand with feet together, toes pointed forward, arms at sides with right foot on top of a small folded towel.
  • Shifting weight to left leg, bend left knee 45 to 90 degrees while sliding right leg and towel slowly out to the side as far as is comfortable for a count of 4.
  • Slowly draw right leg back to start for a count of 4 while straightening left leg.

                  Repeat for 30 seconds; switch sides.

 

 The Bridge

 

  • Lie face up on the floor, knees bent, hands at sides, abs engaged, and lift hips 4 to 6 inches.
  • Lift hips 1 inch more while pressing into palms; hold for 3 seconds, then lower back to first lifted position. Do 15 times.
  • Next, do the same move with right leg extended toward ceiling, squeezing through left glute. Do 20 to 30 small pulses.

                   Switch legs, repeat.
