How many times have you heard "Break the task into small pieces and get it done?" or, "You're just lazy!" (from yourself and/or others); or thought you just need to get organized? ~ and procrastinate on organizing ~ or, written list after list which you've ignored, or, just done the fun things on and STILL not gotten the important or major projects out of the way?

Do you wait until the last minute to go grocery shopping? Pay bills? Do the laundry or any of the other mundane weekly or daily chores?

Do you find yourself reading novels, playing computer games, or crossword puzzles hour after hour?

Conscious Procrastination just may be the final input you need to get off your duff and get stuff done! This is the first of at least 3 episodes to assist! Let me know how it works for you.
