Today’s show is titled Finding Real Life: Integrating the Heart & Mind 
This is the fourth and last in the series about Your Emotional Guidance System.

This show is taken from my 2005 Transform Your Life Instantly book and 1999 Gifts From the Father: God’s Plan for His Children’s Happiness.

So resuming where we left off, sacred texts tell us that the Creator intended man to inherently know right from wrong, humanity from inhumanity, generosity from greed and unity from separateness. He made sure the creatures made in His image would never be without this integral handbook for living.

God wrote the laws on the hearts of man, “laws” meaning that innate awareness of our oneness with all that is, and the consequential virtues implied by that oneness. The heart’s normal outflow of love, empathy, compassion, decency, and integrity when dealing with the created universe He left in our care, left unhampered is all He desires of his custodians.  Authentic man knows that life is only sustainable if everyone’s best efforts are directed toward outcomes that support and nurture all of creation which can only be accomplished by following the wisdom of the heart’s intelligence.

The heart’s understanding can go where the mind cannot comprehend.

The heart desires union and the divine flow of synchronicity with the mind of man but the mind gets distracted with more pragmatic goals.

If man would but follow his feelings and intuitions instead of solely his mind, he would not know stress, depression, lack, fear, guilt, or shame.

Tuning into your feelings connects you to the divine in you, your soul self that resides in the heart center. There resides all the comfort, love and approval you will ever need which was the divine set up. There should be no empty place in your being that longs to be filled for it is always full of the Divine’s unending love for you and longing for your companionship. Love seeks itself with your heart now, not in another place in the future if you earn it.

Today’s addictive society offers no compensation for a person who is not in touch with his heart center. The addictions to love, numbing out, and altered consciousness speak loudly to this emptiness that is sensed by the soul when it has no knowledge that the Beloved waits for relationship with it within the depth of its own heart.

Beyond all these gifts of the heart centered life, there is the function of feelings as your emotional guidance system. They signal us when we are out of alignment with our higher self, the self that can create and attract whatever you want in life because it knows no limits. It is unlimited creative intelligence and as such, as soon as you bring your mind into alignment with it, everything you desire manifests without effort. Source self is unconditional love fulfilling your every desire for approval and validation in its knowing it is divinely whole complete and perfectly one with the Creator.

Having the ability to deliberately create your dreams is enough of an incentive to stay in contact with your heart center and the emotions flowing from it.
 
By noticing how you feel and reaching for a better feeling by focusing your attention on your intention for goodness, truth, and beauty, your thoughts will match the frequencies of your Authentic Self and flow out to the universe to manifest. It is done in consciousness immediately and there is no way to undo it. You can block the good you created in that moment of alignment but it is still on automatic create for the future. All you have to do is re-align with it and the more often you do that, the faster your desires are brought to you. You can also slip into the state of consciousness of your source self and create instantly from this state. This self contains only positive life supporting feelings and surety of your deservedness.

In its constant communication with the brain, scientific evidence indicates that the heart sends our brains wide-ranging emotional and intuitive signals. Our hearts may well be the "intelligent force" behind our intuitive thoughts and feelings and if this is the case, then a balanced life of living from the heart and the head is no longer a challenge or an impossible task.

This is the most remarkable conclusion we can draw about how to live the Real Life.

With scientific discoveries about the real nature of heart intelligence, and recognition that the heart is the main source of emotions, we can view our emotional guidance system with new confidence in its ability to fulfill its promise.

Then play it back and watch the expression on your face and your body language as you say the words, absorb their meaning for your life. Go into the silence and listen for your heart’s message to you.
