Look around your office.

Do you have a stack of papers and files in the Inbox on your desk?

Do you have sorters on your walls or your door that hold papers and files for you?

And what about your voice mailbox or e-mail Inbox – are they full too?

One of the biggest problems in today’s overflowing offices is letting things stall. Wherever things fall, they can stall and then you miss out on all kinds of opportunities.

Tune in to today’s show to find out:

  • What your inboxes, buckets and bins include
  • What you’re missing by letting information and communication stall
  • The one thing you can do better that will prevent things from stalling
  • What needs to be in place in your office to keep your information moving forward to the next station or location

Remember that inboxes, buckets and bins are places to bring things in and/or keep them moving forward. Only on rare occasions do you leave reference materials in these areas. So think about what you’re storing in each inbox, bucket or bin and find out why clearing them out will mean clear progress for you.
