Peace of Mind Meditation
Sometimes we need to stop. Just stop. We need to take a deep breath and reconnect. We need to stop , reconnect and remember our real nature is that we are peaceful souls.
Sometimes during the day when we are rushing to meet friends, clients, parents, children we can forget that there is more to life than being there for everyone around us. We cook dinner, carry the groceries, exercise and care for the family, colleagues, and often strangers that come into our life and that its beautiful. It is important to open our hearts to others, but you don’t need to know that. You already do that.
What you might not do, at least as regularly as you may want is to go within and travel deep into the heart of who you be. If I were to ask you what colour is that place. The sacred deep place in which your spirit sits, what colour would you say it is?
There is no right or wrong answer but you have to go there to know.
This week we are journeying with. So close the door. Take the phone off the hook ( you know what I mean) and come with me as you reconnect to the truth about yourself. The truth that you are a peaceful soul.
