I'm excited to interview Marilyn Devonish as she launches the Transformational Change Show - Unlocking the mysteries of the mind'
This show is all about shifting the limitations, the silent saboteurs and the invisible barriers that hold us back from being who we could be. In this interview Marily candidly shares how she herself was very skeptical about 'personal growth programs' and when attending a deep (and expensive!) transformatoin program 11 years ago secretly did not believe she could believe it would work. However, since she'd invested so much financially she thought she'd better give it a chance. Fast forward over a decade and she's leading these programs herself, with awesome results. The reason she'd begun that journey in the first place was a health crisis that was leaving her exhausted.
As soon as she learned how to manage her own energy everything changed. She's now got so much energy all her friends and colleagues are constantly commenting on it. 'What you focus on, expands,' says Marilyn, who diligently applies that understanding in her own life as well as conveying this crucial truth to her clients. "Is about paying attention to the energy in your body and noticing how it flows. This has changed the direction of my life. I used to work just 2 hours a day..Now I can easily do 10-15."
