We've all felt it!

You know, the holiday stress and strain of trying to do it all –and do it well– every December!

Ladies, we've got to let go and trim our looong holiday to-do list, especially if you have a child with a disability. The eleven months of the year are challenging enough, but December is really complicated.

This episode takes my acronym using the word C•H•R•I•S•T•M•A•S to give you helpful concepts and personal insights that we have used in our home.  Remember, you may actually enjoy your holidays more - with less on your "To-Do" list. Be wise, Mom, and create a happy holiday.

(Don't just listen to this once, down load it to an MP3 player and enjoy it over and over again, or give to a friend or family member - it's easy and free!)
