http://www.TheLaymansGuidetoDivorce.com     VelDean shares the stories of two of her friends who went through tremendous adversity, but were resilient through the process. She suggests that three characteristics helped to create or sustain their resilience and their remarkable recovery through their trauma: 1) Understanding our divine nature, our strength of spirit, 2) Seeking learning and understanding from all of our experiences, and 3) Feeling and expressing gratitude in all of our experiences, both good and bad.

Divorce brought some of the most challenging and devastating experiences to VelDean. Now, in her work as The Layman's Guide to Divorce, she seeks to empower others with the knowledge and advocacy they need to successfully emerge from their divorce experience.
