Dr. Gale Hulme is the current Executive Director of the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement (GLISI). GLISI helps leaders set clear expectations, build capacity through strengths-based approaches, develop systemic solutions to achieve agreed upon goals and create district and school cultures that lead to high performance.
In her role, she helps leaders continuously refine their practices by creating, leading, and cascading teamwork to implement school improvement; develop their human resources by finding, growing and keeping the right people; and achieve desired results by planning, measuring, monitoring, managing and communicating, thus creating performance organizations.
She also has extensive experience on councils, committees and commissions that promote the development of leaders.
