Once you understand how the mind, brain, heart, and body work together, you will have a more realistic comprehension of why you do what you do, make the choices you make, and have the preferences and fears you currently have.

This Week’s Homework…Re-listen to the show and note in your journal what goals you installed in your subconscious mind throughout your life and check if they are still valid for your goals today. Keep that list of former goals which no longer provide you with what you are striving for now so that you can delete those goals and create your updated goals. In this way there will be no conflict in the automatic part of your consciousness.
