Everyone knows that life in general is pretty crazy, but when you add a family member with a disability it takes busy and crazy to a whole new level. When our four girls were at home, my kitchen counter was always a mess with papers, papers, and more papers. It looked and felt chaotic. I realized that Miss. Heidi, our gal with Down syndrome and autism, felt our stress and craved more predictability. Little by little I implemented ways to get organized and realized I felt energized. Let me share some ideas to help you get organized and so instead of just survive . . . you can thrive!
