WATER- A clearing meditation 

This beautiful Meditation was written by Rick Dewsbury from the UK and recorded by me in Sydney Australia.

As we are rapidly approaching 11/11/11 this meditation is a wonderful clearing and cleansing in preparation to stand in the purest Light that you are.

We are at the threshold of a new frequency for ourselves and our earth. We are at the dawn of a new earth, one in which we will all walk in true love and grace and where war, poverty and suffering will only be a memory. This is truly the most exciting time to be alive and you are here because you chose to be. You heard the call and you came.

I invite you to sit at 11am for 11 minutes on November 11, 2011. And call in the light that is your true self. And enjoy.

"The new energies, generated by the current shift in time, will magnify around 11-11-11 (November 11.) As the frequency rises, we experience fluctuations in our consciousness wherever we are polarized.

It's important to notice how the energy comes in waves or oscillations. The body reads the waves in two distinct ways: through the physical or emotional bodies (magnetically) or through the spiritual and mental bodies (electrically.)
Emotions, thoughts and vitality often fluctuate when the seeker flows toward higher consciousness because the old perceptions of self (identification with past data or beliefs) fall away during the process of enlightenment.  Strong emotions, disturbing thoughts or vivid memories often occur during the clearing process.

The answer is balance or centering -- the act of centering between the higher and lower frequencies within one's self. (Meditation is a valuable tool.) By observing the oscillation between the two states, we eventually discover a "third state" or resolution, the underlying truth of self-discovery.

Unity consciousness, the union of the divided selves, is part of the new movement of energies. We are learning how to use higher consciousness to create answers, extend our imagination and gain understanding of our role as co-creators on a global scale.
