Amazing Alfalfa Smoothie

 

Apple Juice

Frozen banana

Handful of frozen blueberries

2 Tbsp.  of Amazing Greens  (Available from Herbalogie.com)

1 Tbsp. of raw unheated honey  (I LOVE Bryant Honey)

2 tbsp. whey protein powder

(Designer Whey from Trader Joe's is my favorite-look for whey protein without fake sugars such as Splenda, aspartame or sucralose. This one has natural stevia)

A few raw baby spinach leaves 

BLEND!

(Sometimes I add flax seeds, omega oils, coconut oil, or chia seeds also)
