My favorite aromatherapy bath blend is :
10 drops lavender
10 drops roman chamomile
5 drops rose geranium
5 drops mandarin
5 drops sandalwood
Mix in a glass bottle or jar .You can add this to a carrier oil like olive oil, or to milk, powdered milk, ground oatmeal, Epsom or other great bath salts like pink Himalayan salt, or good quality sea salt.
My favorite bath herbs are:
Spearmint, rosemary, lavender, calendula, chamomile and comfrey. Read up on different herbs and oils, and make your own blends. You don’t even need to measure, but remember to write down your recipes so you can recreate them!
