My very favorite herbal infusion blend for general illness is:
Red Raspberry:
Alfalfa
Peppermint
Oatstraw
Ginger root
Another favorite tea blend is specifically for bones and skin. I formulated this when a friend had a compound fracture. Because herbs are recognized by the body as beneficial and easily taken in, they feed the body where it needs it. Many herbs are a wonderful source of calcium, so they work really well for healthy bones, cartilage and skin.
For this blend I used:
Red Raspberry
Alfalfa
Comfrey
Oatstraw
Nettles
Red clover
To be honest I think I add RR, alfalfa and peppermint to every blend. They are just my favorites!
