She develops leaders through a combination of heart-based transformational coaching; brain-based coaching founded on principles of the neuroscience of change and spiritual coaching which uses a God-centered approach. Susan has served in numerous leadership roles within educational, community and church settings. She is an 11 year breast cancer thriver; married 22 years and has three children who are now 17, 19 and 21 years of age.
