black and (A)broad, too
with Carolyn Vines
This show's intention is to inspire black women to travel abroad but is also for others interested in using travel as a tool to dig deep and uncover who they are.
Despite the show's title, "Black and (A)broad, Too" is NOT about race! Rather, through interviews with everyday women - black, white, American, European, Asian, Muslim, Christian and any fusion therewith - this show intends to tackle an issue that is rarely, if ever, discussed: the meeting point between TRAVEL and IDENTITY.
- Inspiring Today's Black Woman
- Smart Travel Advice
- Exploring Connection between Identity & Travel
- Living/Studying Abroad to Return Home to Yourself
