Neijia works! - Traditional Chinese arts for healthy living
with Dalida Turkovic
Neijia is the name for the traditional practice of internal martial arts and three disciplines: Taiji (Taichi), Xingyi and Bagua. In China Neijia practice is closely related to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), philosophy and Qigong (the art of directing the energy).
The practice is related to improving the flow of energy in our body in order to prepare a practitioner for the art of self-defense. Even if a practitioner is not interested in the martial part of the practice these exercises will help you achieve balanced mind, body and spirit.
In this show Dalida Turkovic, Neijia practitioner and co-founder of Neijia Martial Arts school in Beijing, shares the wisdom of Neijia and how to use it to tackle challenges in daily life.
