Thank you and welcome to a place to share life experiences that lead to healing, awakening and spiritual enlightenment.

I have been a contracted freelance sign language interpreter since 1996. Working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing people has been a wonderful blessing for me. I was so into my career, however, that I didn’t recognize that I was out of balance. In 2001 I was diagnosed with a fast spreading deadly form of cancer. This experience helped me to realize that there is much more to healing than just healing the body. To me, getting cancer was a blessing because it started me on a journey of learning about the human body and psyche.

I recently published my first book called Embrace the BITCH Within. BITCH is an acronym for Being In Total Connection with Herself. It is my journey of finding myself with a life threatening illness to healing, discovery and awakening.

I am currently workking on two more books that are in the process of being published. They are; The Way of the Modern Mystic and Runda 3: Healing Through the Three Levels of Consciousness.

After many years of illness, including chronic fatigue, burnout, back problems, anxiety, depression and more, I finally discovered what I now understand as the 'laws of health'. If we want to be healthy, we must follow these laws which keep us living in harmony nature and life.

I have spent many years investigating natural solutions for health, including training in various therapies including:

Mickel Therapy - revolutionary treatment for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel, insomnia, depression and more
Qi Gong and Taoist meditation for illness prevention, health enhancement and stress reduction

I am very indebted to many wonderful teachers I have been blessed to have studied with, including Gilles Marin, Director of the Chi Nei Tsang Institute USA and Master Yuan Tze, Zhineng Qi Gong teacher.

I work work-on-one with clients helping them to identify and resolve the causes of illness. Much of this work is done by phone with clients anywhere in the world.

I also offer group workshops and look forward to taking this information into the corporate arena.

My name is Kyla Miller. I am originally from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I now live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Growing up, I did not concern myself to much with health and nutrition. To my surprise, I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid condition in 2003. My doctor prescribed me medication and told me that I would be on it for the rest of my life. In fact, he told me that I would no doubt have to increase my dosage as I got older. I trusted that what he told me was true, and I started taking synthetic medication. It wasn't until 2008 that I began to change my life choices towards better health. After much research and drastic changes to my diet and environment, I was evenutally able to stop taking medication altogether. I now live without symptoms caused by an underactive thyroid. This experience has inspired me to share my journey with others. I am currenlty working towards becoming a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN).

This journey has by far been the most exciting, challenging, happiest and uplifting time of my life. I learn something new everyday and I have so much appreciation for the air we breathe, the earth we live on, the friends we love and the life we live. ~ Much love & peace be with you and yours ~ Namaste
