Recipe

Ingredients:

- Spinach (3-4 handfuls)

- 1 Banana

- Mint (6-7 leaves of fresh mint)

- Almond Milk (1 ½ cups)

- Cayenne pepper ( 2 pinches)

 

Blend all ingredients together in your blender, strain using a sprout bag (optional), and serve. Yields 2 servings.
