The video tells the story of my Healing Journey

On July 16th I woke up in bed 28 in Medical Ward 2 at Tweed Heads Hospital. My wrist was tagged- yes I was a number and each day I would be asked what my name was and my birthday, plus was I allergic to anything before some tablet or drip was administered.

I also found myself with the joys of a catheter bag.

My joy was discovering that I woke up to look out on a tropical garden and I could see the sky- bliss.

I landed up here through the emergency department we were went on Friday night. I had no idea what was wrong and when I got to meet my magical Dr whose name I heard as Krishna- I felt the angels were looking after me.

He told me that I had a serious kidney failure and he would be starting some serious medication- I was not at all interested in the diagnosis and said I would be meditating and focusing on the healing process. He was supportive of that. The video is the start of my healing journey and the tools and processes I have been using on a daily basis

For those of you who want to know more detail what I had is called ANCA-negative pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis. There is no known cause.

This is part one of a series I will share on what I am doing and the tools I am using to heal myself and support my return to wellness. I hope they will be useful and empowering for many.
