The Tides of Self-Confidence

Episode Number:
010
With:
AnnaMarie Squailia

Self-Confidence is just like the ocean's tides. Sometimes it comes in with full force and sometimes it is just a low tide. If we understand this is a way of life we can teach it to our children. Occasionally our confidence will be high and other times it will be low  just like the tide of the ocean. This is natures' way of cleaning the ocean floor and makings sure things don't get stagnant or built up. Being aware of this will help us teach our children that their confidence will not always be high nor low and to hang in there.
